Throwback Thursday and a little story behind this cake!!!

I had to deliver this cake to a venue located inside a shopping centre.

On my way delivering the cake, we get to the car park go down the ramp and over a speed hump look in my rear vision mirror and I can't see the cake.

Heart attack moment, yelling and screaming at my husband (cakezilla at her best/and im driving so not his fault) pull over prop the cake back up. Deliver and set up the lop sided, slightly leaning Tower of Pisa cake.

Thank goodness the customer was ok. It still looked amazing and no one knew 🩷🩵🤍
