My 30th B'day Cake! What can I say, subtle and elegant but still gutsy just how I want my 30s to be.

In love with these beautiful florals by and that rose was actually from a bouquet I received for my birthday. Love love how some petals had faded so beautifully just adding another level of depth to the whole arrangement.

And yes tucked inside are vanilla layered cakes with Swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry coulis filling.

Vanilla layered cake with Swiss meringue buttercream and biscoff filling. Dressed with beautiful red roses, bunny tails, a champagne gold shimmered palm leaf, white chocolate drip and gold sprinkles.

Major throwback of cakes coming up guys. I've been a bit preoccupied over the last couple of months so I haven't on top of my social media game. There'll be more coming.

Midweek Mother-Daughter Bake Sale happening 25th Aug(Thurs)!

It's been a long 3 years away from home and I've finally got my Ammi (my Mum) with me for the holidays. Ammi has been my biggest baking inspiration with all the lovely birthday cakes she made for me and my brother over the years. To make the most of our Mother-Daughter time here in Sydney we've teamed up to do a mini bake sale and reminisce those lovely baking memories, so anyone interested in ordering a batch of half a dozen cupcakes to surprise a loved one or simply for yourself cause who needs a reason to have cake!

6 Vanilla cupcakes filled with my homemade Raspberry coulis in the middle, decorated in peachy/cream toned Italian meringue buttercream and sprinkles for $35 a box. (Hint: There'll also be a decorated rose cupcake)

Pick up on 25th Aug from Waverton(NSW 2065) between 3pm-7pm.

A little bit of Sunshine to wash away the winter blues - Orange & poppy stacked cake decorated with dehydrated orange slices (🤫I ended up using all oranges I had for the cake and only had some mandarin in the kitchen for the shoot - well you'll at least have to give me bonus points for the leaves I've left on them🤣)

Cuteness Overloaded ☺️

Going out to celebrate a baby shower is this cute two-tier beauty. Super moist chocolate cake sandwiched with dark chocolate ganache and salted caramel filling for the bottom tier. If you thought nothing can beat that well then you are in for a surprise with the top tier - tucked away is a gender reveal🤗. Im just in love with eucalyptus/beige/blush pastelly tones. Stay tuned for more pics.
