50th birthday celebration for an ultimate surf fan.
It was a first for me creating a peppermint crisp tart flavour profile and so worth it.. delicious layers of chocolate sponge, caramel filling, finely grated peppermint crisp chocolate and finished off with vanilla buttercream! What a flavour explosion 🤤
