Whilst Our Sheachuan Chilli Oil is great on its own, I suggest combining the ingredients below to really take your dumpling game to the next level. 🥟 🌶 🔥 🤤

▢ 1 teaspoon sugar
▢ 1 tablespoon soy sauce
▢ 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (Chinkiang Vinegar)
▢ 2 teaspoons Sheachuan Chilli Oil
▢ 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
▢ ½ teaspoon sesame oil

One question I often get is “How do I make a dipping sauce?”

Well there’s a few ways, but I would suggest the simple options below:

1 - Straight Sheachuan Chilli Oil

2 - Combination of Sheachuan Chilli Oil and Chinkiang Dark Vinegar. (Available at any Woolworths or Asian Grocery Store)
