Another gorgeous Easter time.

Indulging in this scrumptious carrot and walnut cake with cream cheese swirl and finished with a tangy orange glaze, little dainty Easter eggs and some fresh H**e blooms from our garden.

Made especially for my father visiting from overseas, who will never say no to carrot cake.

Garden bakes… two celebration cakes to honor the one and only Sandra Frain !.

Truly from school garden, to my garden, to table : Mexican marigold infused Bundt, an experimental concoction ! 😋 with tangy lemon and fresh passionfruit glaze.

Warm and cozy dairy and gluten free Chai and roasted wattle seed bundt with cinnamon/ginger honey glaze. An adaptation of the wonderful recipe by and their marvelous spices.

Dedicated to you, your life and biodynamic garden lessons and inspiration. Thank you Sandra for everything you did, do and will continue doing!
