Bonjour !

As we all know, we are living in a crazy time where lots of us have lost their job and have seen their weekly amount of income dramatically reduced. Unfortunately, I am one of them. Being French and on a bridging partner visa, I am not entitled to any support.

Quick introduction! My name is Max and after 4 years in Australia, and with a pastry background of 5 years including studying at The French Pastry School in Chicago and working at the Plaza Athénée & Pierre HERME in Paris, I have decided to use my skills and keep busy during this time by selling boxes of freshly made macarons, flavors will vary but you can trust me the taste is there!
