Today, we had the pleasure of delivering a stunning semi-naked wedding cake. Crafted with zesty lemon sponges and silky lemon buttercream, this elegant creation was designed to serve 90 guests

Rustic, organic, and effortlessly elegant. They became hugely popular in the 2010s as a reaction to the heavily fondant-covered cakes of earlier decades. The decoration adorned with dried citrus slices of lemon and orange, which is a classic pairing for this style — natural, earthy, and sophisticated.

There is nothing quite like celebrating two major milestones in one beautiful afternoon. We had the absolute honor of setting up this vibrant two-tier creation for a very special birthday that doubled as a grand book launch.

From the intricate gold stencil work on the base to the explosion of tropical blooms, every detail was designed to be as bold and inspiring as the woman of the hour. Seeing it all come together in the venue was the cherry on top of an incredible project.

Happy 44th Birthday and a massive congratulations on the new book! May this chapter be your brightest one yet. 📖🌺
