Tonton Bread is looking for an experienced baker (minimum 2 years) to join our team in Surry Hills.

We are a traditional French bakery, passionate about quality and craftsmanship. Everything we sell is made in-house, from scratch, using classic techniques and carefully selected ingredients. No shortcuts, no industrial processes — just real bread and baked goods done properly.

Dough preparation and oven work
Following production schedules

Night shift/week end work.

PASTRY COOK – Key duties

Preparing and baking pastries and sweet goods
Laminated doughs / fillings / finishing & presentation
Daily prep and production
Maintaining quality, cleanliness and food safety standards

Ideal candidate

Pastry experience in a bakery/café/kitchen
Passion for consistency and quality
Fast, clean and team focused
Early morning availability
