It's been a busy week, birthday cake for our son in law, 21st cake for our daughter and a cake today for a friend at hubbys work heading off on maternity leave. White choc mud cakes for the birthdays filled white choc ganache, 1 with smarties, the other Turkish delights. Then baby boy is caramilk mud cake with caramilk ganache, smarties, Persian fairy floss and Italian meringue buttercream. So yummy!

Last week was my daughters 1st birthday. We did a smash cake on the day and then a party cake the next day. Smash was vanilla sponge with meringue buttercream and party cake was white choc mud with meringue buttercream. So yummy. An she devoured her 1st taste of cake!

First attempt at a buttercream, gluten free, white chocolate drip cake with yummy Macarons. Inside pic to come once my friend sends me a pic of her daughter cutting it. Pics dont do it justice, made the drip look bad. Looked much better in real life.
