Another year older for our son Alexis who just turned 12.

Chocolate mud cake with chocolate butter cream filling & a green vanilla buttercream coating topped with milk chocolate ganash, painted marshmallows for the rocks, crushed malteasers for the pathway and TV snacks for the ramps 😋

It's been a while between cakes but once again Rach has come out of retirement to prove she's still the greatest 🥳

This time we've gone for a Crash Bandicoot themed caramel & chocolate mud cake with vanilla buttercream filling & chocolate ganash in a checker board finish wrapped in a hand decorated wooden crate made of fondant with a Crash Team Racing pop topper 😋

Although Rach hasn't been making cakes since moving to the Sunny Coast due to working full time, fortunately a couple of times a year she comes out of retirement to prove she's still the best ...

This Sonic the hedgehog cake was made of white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache and vanilla butter cream filling but as an added bonus had a blue and white checker board built into the layers accompanyied by some delicious cupcakes with hand made sonic the hedgehog fondant toppers 🥳

It's been a while between cakes these days as I'm working full time but I think this totally JAWSOME shark cake turned out FINTASTIC!

4 layers of white, blue and red marbled white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache and vanilla butter cream filling, on the bottom tier topped with a hand carved megladon made of white chocolate mud cake and wrapped in fondant accompanied by 96 cupcakes that left the kiddies circling for more.

I wanna rock n roll all night and party every day!

This 2 tiered white chocolate mud cake was to celebrate our little Rockstar Amira turning 8. Each tier consisted of 4 layers of white chocolate mud with blue and pink swirl and strawberry flavoured buttercream between each layer. Coated in white chocolate ganache and covered in fondant with hand crafted fondant toppers and hand painted zebra and leopard print.

This 100% edible hand sculptured batmobile cake was made from white chocolate mud cake with vanilla buttercream filling, coated in white chocolate ganache and wrapped/decorated in fondant.

The bottom tier was 2 layers of chocolate mud cake with vanilla buttercream filling coated in white chocolate ganache and wrapped in fondant.

I haven't been making many cakes these days as I am working full time now but here is my latest masterpiece. I had a lot of fun constructing this bull dozer out of chocolate mud cake with chocolate butter cream filling and milk chocolate ganache coated in fondant. 100% edible including the wheels which were also made of cake. 🚧🚧🚧⛏️🛠️⛏️🚧🚧🚧

Sometimes we need to stop and smell the flowers... and cake!

This beautiful cake was made of moist chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream for the top tier and a moist vanilla cake with pink vanilla buttercream for the bottom tier. Both were coated in white chocolate ganache and a rose gold coloured white choc ganache drip. Topped with a combination of fresh and hand made fondant flowers.

Ahoy, Mateys!
I just had to whip up 30 of these adorable little pirate cupcakes for my sons preppie pirate day at school today. Arr! Moist vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream icing and hand made pirate toppers made from fondant. These were definitely worth walking the plank for ;)
