We operate from our 24 acre property in the Noosa Hinterland at Carters Ridge.

Do you have a passion for REAL ORGANIC HANDMADE SOURDOUGH 🥖🥐 and PIZZAS 🍕? Are you interested in working as part of a small dynamic team?? No bakery experience needed, full training given 😄

If you are reliable, punctual, have outstanding attention to detail, eager for growth and continual learning, then WE NEED YOU!!! 👊🏼

We would love to hear from you if you are able to adapt and respond to changing needs depending on the bake schedule, work with urgency and perform well under pressure.

You need to be physically able with the demands of bakery work.

We’re interested to hear from candidates for casual;

‼️JUNIOR POSITIONS ‼️ dishwashers 13yrs+, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s aprox 3hrs+ per shift, immediate start.

We always strive to create beautiful breads, but some mornings it’s super special 🤩

Our Highlander loaves this morning are exceptional…like all of our bread they are 100% authentic sourdough, nothing added: water, flour, salt and love 🥰

Perfect for sandwiches and toasties!!! Get in quick, they don’t hang around long….

The smell of freshly baked bread even brings the cows home 😁

Now we have your attention…. We had some unfortunate news that one of our beloved team members were involved in a serious traffic accident on Monday last week. They are now recovering at home 🥰

We ask for your patience and understanding with disruptions to our supply during this period of convalescence as we will not be able to fully replace this team members duties.

There will be no Tuesday deliveries until May 20th and we will endeavor to deliver with as little disruption as possible on Thursdays and Friday as normal.

Every Thursday a very exclusive club meets at Jeremiah’s HQ. They call themselves…. “The Crumpet Club”. Their sole purpose is to create fantastic culinary combinations a top fresh off the grill Organic Sourdough Crumpets.

This week we’ve been permitted to share a sneak peak at their “Black Forrest Cacao Crumpet” 🤤 (one of my personal favourites 😍).
