Top tip Tuesday
Sharing today one the tools in my kitchen I cannot live without - a perforated baking mat. These mats give your cookies a nice bottom and help stop spread 🫠

Top tip Tuesday - one of my favourite kitchen hacks is using my micro-grater to get a straight edge. If you’ve ever been frustrated by a wonky cookie edge…give this trick a try ☺️

Neil the Seal 🦭
My entry to - a Southern Elephant Seal cookie created in my signature geometric cookie platter style. These incredible animals are listed as vulnerable, but I think it’s awesome that the species has such a famous ambassador in Neil the Seal.

Who else is a Neil fan? I love watching his chaotic energy every time he comes ashore in Tasmania 😍
