Tomorrow we’ll be firing up and serving your favourites but just a heads-up — we’ll be finishing up a little earlier than usual at 2:00pm as we have a private function to cater tomorrow night!

Tomorrow is shaping up to be an absolute blinder of a day! The weather is looking bloody fantastic, so after the recent run of putrid weather, it’s time to get out of the house and come down for one of your favourite feeds! 🤤

We know times are bloody tough, and with the ongoing financial squeeze hitting everyone in the hip pocket, we genuinely appreciate every person who chooses to spend their hard-earned with us. ❤️

🔥 ARARAT — YOU ABSOLUTE LEGENDS! 🔥

A massive appreciation post to everyone in Ararat who came out last night for the launch of the Grampians W**e Festival.

We were absolutely blown away by the support. Despite the weather doing its best to put a dampener on things, you guys still braved the conditions, lined up, and came out to get your Valhalla feed. We were absolutely overwhelmed with how busy we got!

We do apologise that wait times blew out a little. We were pumping out food as quickly as we could, but when the crowd hits hard, sometimes the kitchen just can't move any faster. We genuinely appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. ❤️

Unfortunately, our night got off to a pretty ordinary start before we even opened, with someone deciding it would be a fantastic idea to steal the bunch of keys from the door of our trailer. 🤦‍♂️

Not only did that cause a fair bit of inconvenience, but it also created additional costs and stress that we really could have done without.

To whoever decided that was a good idea… well done. 👏
I hope you woke up this morning and discovered your bum has developed a severe case of warts. 🤬

But enough about that — Ararat, you absolutely smashed it.

Thank you so much for coming out, supporting our little business, braving the weather and enjoying some American barbecue done the Valhalla way.

We hope you all enjoyed your feed, and we're already looking forward to getting back to Ararat again sometime soon.

🔥 TODAY IS THE DAY, ARARAT! 🔥

From 4pm until 8pm, we’ll be set up at the Ararat Town Hall for the launch of the Grampians W**e festival serving up all the tasty Valhalla goodness you’ve been hanging out for!

All the info below including live music and w**e tastings 👌

🌧️ The weather might be absolute rubbish, but that’s nothing a hot feed of American barbecue can’t fix! Let us turn that miserable mood into a bloody delightful one. 😎🔥

It’s been a hot minute, Ararat… but next Thursday 1st October, WE’RE COMING FOR YOU! 🔥🍖

Valhalla BBQ will be set up at the Town Hall from 4pm–8pm as we join in the opening of W**e Season. 🍷

We’ll be running a reduced menu on the night so we can keep things moving and get as many of you legends fed as quickly as possible — but don’t worry, we’ll still have most of your Valhalla crowd favourites ready to go!

W**e tastings along with some live music will be available inside the Town Hall, so grab your mates, come enjoy the festivities, and get yourself some proper American barbecue while you’re at it.

We’ll be back at our usual spot at Stawell Windows on Friday, doing what we do best from 8am–2:30pm.

Tomorrow we’re firing up at 8:00am until 2:00pm down at Stawell Windows

We’re wrapping up a little earlier than usual because we need to get organised for all you absolute legends who have ordered one of our Father’s Day packs! 👑🔥

📦 Father’s Day Pack Pickups:
Pickup will be from the address provided after payment, from 3:30pm, preferably before 6:00pm, unless alternative arrangements have already been made.

And bloody hell… you guys have been hammering us! Last week was huge, and to be honest, we’ve been absolutely smashed for about the last month. We genuinely cannot thank you enough for the incredible support. ❤️

We know times are tough at the moment, and we certainly don’t take your hard-earned dollars for granted. That’s why, when you do treat yourself, we want to make damn sure you get a fabulous feast fit for a king. 👑

It’s that time of the week again! Tomorrow is Friday, and boy, has this week flown by! 🔥

For all you legends who have Father’s Day orders in, everyone except three people have now been sent their payment details. Please check your messages for your payment, pickup and delivery information, and if you haven’t already, we’d really appreciate payment being made as soon as possible.
