To our Amazing Fresh Tart Community,
It is with deep appreciation and gratitude for the community love and support received that I announce the difficult decision to close my Café, A Fresh Tart in Petersham.
Running a small business is one of the most rewarding things you can do. However, it does require the ability to dedicate a significant amount of time into the day-to-day running of the business.
Over the last few months, it has become more difficult for me to be able to invest what is needed into my business.
Most recently, due to family circumstances I have made the decision to temporarily move to be with my family in Northern NSW.
Regrettably, it is therefore not feasible to continue to operate my business.
It is difficult for me to express how thankful I am for the amazing community that supported my dream.
I am forever grateful for the people that I have met, and the small part that I was able to play in their day.
