Say hello to our newest addition — roast pork rolls and chicken rolls, baked fresh daily right here in-house!
We wanted to bring something new to the case while keeping everything you already love exactly the same. These rolls are made with care, packed with flavour, and best enjoyed still warm from the oven. 😋

We're still here! 🥐💛
You may have seen a goodbye post floating around and thought Erskine Park Bakry was closing for good — we want to put that worry to rest right away: we're open, the ovens are on, and we're so excited for what's ahead.

We're the Kim family, and baking has been part of our lives for decades. When we had the chance to take over Erskine Park Bakery, it felt like the perfect next chapter — a way to keep this neighborhood spot alive and bring our own love of baking into a place with so much history already baked into it.

Here's what you can count on:

👋 A new team behind the counter, learning the ropes and just as committed to getting every loaf and pastry right
✨ The same warmth and care this bakery has always been known for.
