Recipe below;
⠀⁠⁠
"Ingredients (serves 4)⠀⁠⁠
🥫1 pack of vettapasta (500g)⠀⁠⁠
🥫 2 punnets of cherry tomatoes (whole)⠀⁠⁠
🥫100g tomato paste (optional, swap out for more cherry tomatoes!)⠀⁠⁠
🥫 3-4 garlic cloves finely chopped⠀⁠⁠
🥫 1 cup fresh basil coarsely chopped⠀⁠⁠
🥫 3 tbsp olive oil/oil of choice⠀⁠⁠
🥫 Salt & pepper to taste⠀⁠⁠
🥫 Pinch of sugar ⠀⁠⁠
🥫 Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)⠀⁠⁠
⠀⁠⁠
1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook vettapasta as per bag instructions.⠀⁠⁠
2. Meanwhile heat oil in pan over medium high. Add garlic, cook until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and tomato paste, stirring occasionally until tomatoes burst open forming a rich sauce. Add salt, pepper and sugar. This should all take ~10 minutes.⠀⁠⁠
3. Take off the heat and place cooked pasta and chopped basil in, tossing to combine. (Optional) Top with fresh basil and Parmesan ⠀⁠⁠
4. Enjoy slurping!"
