Hey folks- happy Sunday! My name is Tanya and I have an organic sourdough microbakery in Brisbane, Australia and a shared kitchen where I support other tiny food businesses to bring delicious to our community. I’m very lucky in that my friends are regenerative farmers and we can support them with our work and support our community being connected to their food. Deep in my heart I know AI can be massively impactful for small purpose driven food makers/growers and will help us create a better fairer more tasty food system. I have started working on many AI agents and not finished (so grateful I’m not alone when I can see there are many many very smart people here) and also am teaching/hosting a small group of like minded folks to start using and integrating AI into their businesses.
