🧀 Fromage persillé au lait cru et entier, il se présente sous la forme d'une tomme d'environ 2.5kg.

Sa pâte est souple et fondante, son goût est franc et accompagné d'arômes fruités, vous pouvez déguster le bleu de Bonneval seul avec du pain, des tommes de terre ou cuisiné mais.. toujours accompagné d'un bon petit rouge de Savoie ! 🍇
