Wholesome home baked goods (licensed business) made to order ranging from Traditional baking, Gluten free baking to Clean eating baking. I use only fresh quality ingredients with no Palm oil (Save the Forests), hidden nasty preservatives or additives; such as fake flavour or colour that are found in so many baked and packaged goods at the supermarkets these days. Additives can have adverse effects
on many people especially infants and children and are hidden by numbers on the ingredients lists of many packaged goods. I also have a number of items that are grain free (GR-FREE) and diary free (D-FREE) just browse on the menu's and if you have an allergy and like a particular item I can adapt some recipes. About myself: I hold a General catering certificate and have a love for baking and more so in the last 4 years clean food. I had some digestive health issues 2014 which lead me to cut right down on gluten and diary and was amazed on how many others out there that are not necessary allergic to gluten but are intolerant to it and there body finds it very hard to break down causing all type's of digestive problems. My baking has expanded to include gluten free after finding it very difficult to find nutritious and delicious gluten free products on the market.
