ABN 602 5320 6753 Ensaymada is a brioche, a fluffy light pastry rich in eggs and butter.

It is said to back as early as the 17th century. It is a pastry from Mallorca, Spain and was made for festivals. It is very popular food in the Philippines and Latin American countries. Every country has its version and evolved into a range of palatable, flavourful variants. Our ensaymada are best served warm. Microwave room temperature 10-15 seconds.
