Weekend plans? Why not have a nice morning in making yourself a delicious brunch? Shakshuka is a fairly easy and definitely rewarding dish to make. Warm, savoury, seasoned with a heap of fantastic spices – cumin, thyme, coriander, and saffron, to name a few. Personalise it with olives, sausage, or cheese, and serve it with a nice bread to soak up the egg yolks and yummy tomato and pepper sauce.
