A very special achievement for me and my small business, and a beautiful recognition of the traditional Honey Cake I have been making with so much care 🍯.

This Honey Cake was created for a little girl’s birthday — bright, joyful and naturally beautiful.

Fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries bring their own beautiful colours. Australian bush honey gives the cake its distinctive flavour, while simple, quality ingredients are at the heart of every layer. 🍯🍓🫐
