This is a Full-time located at Rutherglen VIC
Salary : $75,000 – $90,000 + super (commensurate with experience)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing the financial and administrative functions of the business. This is a hands-on role that works closely with the CEO and requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
-Credit card and bank reconciliations
-Trade finance management
-Cashflow reporting and analysis
-Prepare monthly financial reports
-Debtor management and collections
-Oversee office workflow and administration
-Provide direct support to the CEO

About You
-Previous bookkeeping experience (Xero knowledge highly regarded)
-Strong skills in AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
-Excellent organisational and time management ability
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Professional communication skills and the ability to liaise across all levels
-A proactive, self-motivated, and reliable approach
