Introducing The Signature Collection.

Over the past few months I’ve been quietly perfecting these recipes, taking the same care and attention that goes into every Sissy Sweet Bakes creation and pouring it into something new.

Each Signature Collection is thoughtfully curated and handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients.

Rather than changing every week, each collection will be available for three weeks, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy it before the next collection is unveiled.

Collection No. 1 brings together four of my favourite flavours:

🍪 The New York – Inspired by the famous Levain style cookie, filled with premium chocolate and roasted walnuts.

🍫 The Midnight – Rich, deeply chocolatey and irresistibly gooey.

🤍 The Lotus – A buttery vanilla cookie with milk and white chocolate, hiding a luscious Biscoff centre.

🍓Blushing – Silky white chocolate with vibrant raspberries for the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness.

Set two from my very big baking day 🌻💛

These baby shower cookies were definitely a labour of love. So many details, so many hours, and by the end my arms were completely numb 😅

As exhausting as days like this can be, I’m always so grateful to spend my time creating cookies for such special moments.

Your beautiful messages, the huge smiles when you see your cookies… it’s all totally worth it.

110 intricately decorated cookies doesn’t seem TOO bad… but when you have to do them all in one day…. I am one very exhausted baker 🩷

After recently moving house, this weekend’s orders were definitely a labour of love — long hours, sore feet, and a kitchen that looked like a sugar explosion 😅

But honestly, getting to create pieces that become part of someone’s special day really makes every bit of the chaos worth it.

The kind messages, photos and feedback from my customers genuinely make my day and remind me why I love doing this so much 💜

A little life update from me ✨

I know it’s been a little quiet over here lately.

The last few weeks have been an absolute whirlwind behind the scenes. Between moving house, unpacking/culling all the things & trying to keep up with orders (plus work), time completely got away from me.

I also wanted to say I’m so sorry I missed Easter this year, and unfortunately I won’t be offering Mother’s Day treats either 💔

As much as I hate missing these special occasions, this season has been about slowing down, resetting and making space for some really exciting things ahead for the business 👀✨

Thank you always for sticking with me, supporting my little business and being patient while I find my feet again. I can’t wait to show you what’s coming next 🤍
