🍞 Specialty sourdough loaves available every Saturday - $20 each

Fabian changes up the specialty flavours each week, giving you the chance to try them all 🤤 This week’s feature flavour is Coffee & Dark Chocolate 🍫☕️ and trust us, you don’t want to miss this one!

📍Pre-orders for Saturday loaves must be ordered and paid for in-store by 12pm Thursday.

Fogliani Bread Co is now available at Isaac’s Coffee Shop and here’s everything you need to know 👇🏼

🍞 Every Wednesday we’ll receive a delivery of plain sourdough loaves - $15 each

🍞 Every Saturday we’ll receive a variety of specialty loaves, with the very first flavour being the Fruit Loaf - $20 each

Fabian will switch up the flavours of the specialty loaves weekly so you’ll get the chance to try them all 😉

📍Pre-orders for Saturday loaves must be ordered and paid for in-store before Thursday at 12pm. A maximum of 9 loaves will be available.

And remember… once they’re gone, they’re gone! But don’t worry, there will be more fresh loaves the following week 😋

Role: Experienced Specialty Coffee Shop Barista and Opener

You’ll be responsible for:
• Machine dial-in and grinder calibration
• Filter coffee recipes
• Hot food preparation
• Receiving milk and bakery deliveries
• Maintaining consistent espresso quality
• Serving customers with warmth and efficiency
• Keeping workflow clean and organised
• Supporting handover to the mid-morning team

You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Care about coffee quality and thrive with responsibility.
• Have strong specialty coffee experience and love the hospitality industry.
• Can dial in coffee equipment confidently and problem-solve independently.
• Work clean alongside a team with warmth, reliability, and punctuality.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and build authentic customer relations.
• Are eager to develop craft skills and develop knowledge of the speciality coffee industry.
