Just a casual bouquet of 102 cupcakes 🌸

This is a little extra special because this was my first ever cupcake flower bouquet!

When my friend asked me to make her wedding cake and showed me the inspo pic my first thought was… am I actually going to be able to pull this off?! 😅 So I researched, watched just about every tutorial I could find and practised each flower design until I finally felt confident enough to tackle it.

The entire structure was handmade (MASSIVE shoutout to Michael for helping me bring that to life 🙌🏼) and then came the small task of piping 102 individual flower cupcakes… until my wrist was basically begging me to stop.

But seeing it all come together made every cramped finger worth it. I genuinely couldn’t be prouder of what I created.

A huge congratulations to Christina & Aaron on their wedding day! And an even bigger thank you for trusting me with something as special as your wedding cake. It truly means the world 🥹💐

Colour me obsessed! 🍒

The brief was a Halcyon Nights-inspired cake/cupcakes to match Baker’s adorable wardrobe and I absolutely fell in love with the idea. I searched everywhere for inspiration, but couldn’t find anyone who’d brought this theme to life in cake form… so I think I might be the first! 🥹

My goal was to capture the playful colours, happy little icons and whimsical feel of the brand. Safe to say I had WAY too much fun making this one and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I even drew each image myself! 🤭

Every birthday deserves a little magic 🦋

I had so much fun playing with all the bright colours and fun piping. I used Chefmaster Neon Colours to really make every shade pop & I love how the butterflies look like they’re fluttering all around the cake - it gives it such a whimsical feel.

The gorgeous custom topper is from Party On A Stick on Etsy, and it tied the whole design together perfectly.

I’m not going to lie… this was one of those cakes that was really hard to hand over. I definitely would have been happy keeping this one for myself 🤭

When the birthday girl couldn’t pick one theme! 🌈🦄❄️🐷

When the customer asked for four themes on one cake, I was completely stumped. Then I thought of the amazing OTT cakes by Save Me Some Sweets and knew it was the perfect solution.

I’ve been obsessed with her work ever since I found her page. Her cakes are the perfect mix of chaos and control with fearless piping, incredible decoration placement & so much personality packed into every design.

It was such a joy to create! Huge credit to Save Me Some Sweets for the inspiration. One day I hope to be just like you when I grow up! 🫶🏼
