Four years ago I walked into My Dream Cake as a customer… and this week I walked in to do my very first in-store demo!

I’ve learned so much from the incredible staff there — it’s literally my version of Bunnings. I won’t lie, I was a nervous wreck beforehand… but the second I started piping, it all disappeared.

Such a fun day sharing my tips and tricks for a classic vintage cake using Iconic Cake Art products and meeting some sweet new cake friends. Truly a full-circle moment 🥰
