Whilst being an avid cook through her life, baking was not her forte as she had a fear of failing. Many trials, burned cakes, split buttercream batches and long hours in a kitchen trying to ice cakes in hot weather later Mad Batter was finally born. ound South Australia. We are a bespoke cake business -- each cake that you order is highly customised and meticulously brought into creation. As such, we do appreciate advance notice being given (1 week notice is perfect) so that we can uplift your next event with the cake that is perfect for you! Please note that Mad Batter does not offer fondant cakes or fondant-based wedding cakes or products
