I was listening to a conversation about triggers and had to laugh.

Apparently, I trigger people because I love what I do, Iโ€™m good at it, I charge for it, Iโ€™ve received global recognition for it, I make it look naturalโ€ฆ and sometimes because it challenges their beliefs.

Honestly, I canโ€™t seem to get out of bed without triggering someone! ๐Ÿ˜‚

So, respectfully, Iโ€™m not giving any free fuuuuucks to anyone for the next four sleeps!

I have given myself permission to be EXCITED !!

To celebrate.

To cross my fingers that on 17th October, my name is called out again as Animal Psychic 2026 in the Spiritual Leaders Awards, after winning last year.

And if celebrating yourself is ego, Iโ€™m perfectly comfortable with that. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Iโ€™m looking forward to standing shoulder to shoulder with my incredible peers, celebrating everyoneโ€™s work, dressing up, walking the red carpet and enjoying every magical moment.

Award or not, I already feel like a winner. โค๏ธ

After decades of doing this work, Iโ€™ve discovered one of my greatest lessons:

The difference between being SERIOUS and being SINCERE.

People come to me when theyโ€™re frightened, hurting, searching for missing animals or desperately hoping for answers. Of course, I feel the responsibility. Iโ€™ve spent countless nights wondering if Iโ€™ve done enough or whether Iโ€™ve let someone down.

But Iโ€™ve learnt that when I become too serious, I grip too tightly. I try to control the outcome, and sometimes I forget simply to be present.

Sincerity is different.

โ™ก I care deeply.

โ™ก I give it everything I have.

โ™ก Iโ€™m honest about what I know and what I donโ€™t.

โ™ก I listen, receive and allow the connection to unfold.

You can care deeply without carrying the whole universe on your shoulders.

You can be committed without being consumed. You can pour your heart into something without needing to control the outcome.

So, whatever you do in this world, ask yourself:

Am I being seriousโ€ฆ or am I being sincere?

Seriousness tightens our grip.

Sincerity allows us to open. โœจ

And for me, magic lives in that opennessโ€ฆ in curiosity, laughter, a gentle touch, a face lick and those beautiful moments when connection simply happens. โค๏ธ

So, for the next four sleeps, Iโ€™m choosing joy, gratitude, celebration and a little red-carpet sparkle!

Of all the things we may lose in this extraordinary human life, perhaps none is more irrevocable than ๐‘ป๐‘ฐ๐‘ด๐‘ฌ.

For time, once given, can never be reclaimed.

Money may return.
Possessions may be replaced.
Paths may be retraced.
Even broken hearts may, with grace, learn to beat anew.

But a momentโ€ฆ

once lived,
becomes eternity.

And yet, perhaps we have misunderstood time entirely.

We were taught to imagine it as a straight roadโ—‡

Yesterday behind us.
Tomorrow before us.
And this fragile little moment called ๐‘ต๐‘ถ๐‘พ suspended somewhere between the two.

But what if time is not a road at all?

What if it is a tapestry?

A vast, shimmering, multidimensional tapestry in which every moment is a threadโ€ฆ

Perhaps evolution is not only the story written into our biology.

The gradual expansion of what humanity is capable of perceiving, questioning and imagining.

Every generation inherits a map.

And every awakened soul eventually discovers that the map is not the territory.

What if reality is larger than the reality we have been taught to expect?

What if the impossible is simply something we have not yet learned how to perceive?

Not the forced kind.

Not pretending everything is perfect when your heart says otherwise.

But the quiet, luxurious kind of happiness that comes from softening into the moment and remembering

I donโ€™t have to have everything figured out to feel good here.

We spend so much of our lives trying to arrive somewhere achieve more, heal more, understand more, become more.

And somewhere along the way, we forget to simply โ™กโ™กbeโ™กโ™ก

To breathe.

To notice the sunlight.

To laugh until your stomach hurts.

To enjoy your tea.

To feel safe enough to be completely yourself.

To let one beautiful moment be enough.

The teachings of โ˜†โ˜†โ˜†Abraham Hicksโ˜†โ˜†โ˜† remind us that our emotions can be guidance rather than something to fight.

We donโ€™t have to leap from sadness into bliss.

We can simply reach for the โ—‡next better>>feeling thought...

Maybe I donโ€™t need to know yet.

Maybe something beautiful is unfolding.
