Michel’s Cafe Raymond Terrace are looking for a experienced Barista & Cafe all rounder to join our team, having experience in the kitchen is also an advantage
Immediate start.
Variable hours with the option of more hours if applicant wishes to work back of house.
We are looking for someone with experience and a willingness to work.
Must be confident to adjust dose and grind.
Must show great milk texturing skills.
Must have knowledge of daily machine maintenance.
Ability to multi task and work well within a team.
Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment and work well under pressure.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Great customer service skills as you will also be the face of the business.
Hours will vary for the right candidate up to 40 hours
Weekend work will be required.

Short Order Cook Duties include:

From Today there will be business owners and workers in our community that will be required by law to ensure everyone that enters their business follows some of the strictest rules we have ever
had. Just remember these business didn't make these rules and these employees didn't ask to enforce them. Don't hate on them for trying to do the right thing by following the health orders, you don't have to agree with the orders but it's not right to take it out on our local businesses and employees. Remember we all live here too.
