Hey gang, we’re on the lookout for a talented Baker to join our team at Caroline Springs!

We pride ourselves in our creativity, cultural diversity, sustainability, use of locally sourced ingredients, and challenging the status quo of what a doughnut could be.

What we are looking for:
* Punctuality
* Efficiency & Can-do attitude
* Ability to provide creative input for monthly specials
* Able to work in a high demanding and fast-paced environment
* Quick problem-solving skills
* Good banter
* Ability to demonstrate a strong sense of initiative
* Continually striving to learn and improve their skills

Prerequisites:
* Minimum Certificate III Patisserie
* Minimum of 3 years experience
* Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship 

What you can expect:
* Up to date Award Rate
* 2-3 consecutive days off per week
* Ongoing training and up-skilling
* Potential for career growth within the company as we develop sister cafes/restaurants
