* Punctuality
* Efficiency & Can-do attitude
* Ability to provide creative input for monthly specials
* Able to work in a high demanding and fast-paced environment
* Quick problem-solving skills
* Good banter
* Ability to demonstrate a strong sense of initiative
* Continually striving to learn and improve their skills
Prerequisites:
* Minimum Certificate III Patisserie
* Minimum of 3 years experience
* Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
What you can expect:
* Up to date Award Rate
* 2-3 consecutive days off per week
* Ongoing training and up-skilling
* Potential for career growth within the company as we develop sister cafes/restaurants
