Delicious Wood-fired sourdough bread and Vegetarian Family Pies are sold from many outlets in Hobart and Huonville, including the IGA Fresh Fruit Market, Salad Bowl. Every Saturday Summer Kitchen has a stall at the Salamanca Market, where you can buy there delicious bread but also be tempted by the wide variety of cakes, danishes, muesli bars, vege pies, rolls and baguettes that are also available

. The newest and very popular instalment for Summer Kitchen is the Cafe which is open 5 days a week in Ranelagh right next to where all the magic is made. So make sure you pop around say hello and enjoy a real coffee with a little treat, a wide selection of sweets, cakes, danishes are there for you to enjoy. As well as rolls, baguettes Vege and local meat pies and loafs of different bread - Putanesca, Huon Valley Sourdough, Bakers Creek Sourdough, Sprouted Rye and Fruit nā€™ Nut. Lovingly made, nourishing and deeply warming, served with fresh sourdough and butter.
This week's soup is Kitchari - a chunky dahl-esk bowl of spiced mung beans, brown rice and vegies topped with a savoury nectarine chutney, it's vegan, gluten free and bloody good!
