A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US

100% gluten free kitchen based in NW Tasmania, owned and operated by Susanne, who is also the recipe creator and baker. Our highly coveted MODO MIO Naked Brownie recipes include Anvers couverture chocolate, local free range eggs, Duck River butter and organic quinoa from Kindred Organics. All our brownies are hand made to order and we send Australia wide via Australia Post E

xpress which means you get your chocolate fix the day after we post it – you can’t get quicker than that, unless of course you are local to us then you are welcome to come to the kitchen to pick them up! If you are Metro Tasmania we can send via courier which is actually cheaper than Aus Post (go figure)

We also make hand made bread mixes so you can bake at home and enjoy hot bread straight from the oven! You will also find us popping up at various farmers markets around Tasmania and can find updates of where we will be on our Face Book Page

Heads up! We will be at Devonport Farmers Market tomorrow morning 8,30 to 12.30. Also, this is the only farmers market at DFM this month which means no market til 9th May.

I am reorganising in the background, hence me being a bit quiet… am feeling more than grateful that I get to play with some fabulous ingredients whilst I refine ideas.

Good morning lovelies! Some may be aware, and some may not be… but I have just reverted to the brand name of Modo Mio Naked. Susanna's Kitchen will be used for something entirely different, all will be relieved soon on that one.

I created & own the Modo Mio Naked brand, I created the recipes, I baked like a crazy person, I scaled & built it, then the system crashed it, so now is the time (it being 17th February) to join the fire horse and move forward at a pace.

There will be some changes, old products dropping off the spectrum and a mighty new one in the process of being launched.

I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for helping me get through what has been an extremely challenging time, but I am back, with a vengeance…so its time to watch this space ✌🏻 😊

So if you are using Uber on the NW Coast, you can now get deliciousness delivered to your door, I will add more as I work out how all this will work, and as I start to ramp everything up over the next few weeks.

Hello and a belated Happy New Year! The photo was from this morning Harvest Launceston, it was so busy we sold out by 10.30am so, thank you for everyone that endured the queue and a special thanks to Sarah who jumped in to help!

Well thats it for this year. And what a year it has been! Thank you all for your amazing support over the last 12 months, I couldn’t have done it without you!

I will be back at Harvest Launceston on 3rd January and, I will be ramping up UBER Eats mid January (if not before) the plan was to start at the beginning of December but I got booked out, which is not a bad thing, just delayed the plan yet again 🤣

So, have a safe and happy Christmas and New Year… see you on the flip side 🤗 Susanna x
