A little appreciation post for hospitality workers everywhere 🤍
Because cakes don’t magically appear in the cabinet and sandwiches don’t make themselves at 4:30am.
Behind Muratti there’s people running on caffeine, early mornings, sore feet, teamwork, and a whole lot of effort behind every single day.
It’s been especially busy, with lines out the door some mornings, and while we know waiting can feel frustrating sometimes, we promise the team behind the counter is working as fast and as hard as they possibly can.
There’s bakers here while it’s still dark outside, chefs prepping fillings before sunrise, baristas getting through the coffee rush and staff doing everything they can to keep things moving.
It can be stressful, chaotic and exhausting, but there’s also a lot of pride and care in what we do.
So this one’s for the Muratti team and for hospitality workers everywhere who put so much work into the little things people enjoy every day 🤍
