THE ULTIMATE FATHER’S DAY SPECIAL

Inspired by the legendary Salty Hanks in NYC, we’ve put our own Hummingbird spin on an absolute beast of a sandwich.

We’ve slow-cooked our rib roast for 5 hours, then sliced it very, very thin.

Our onions are caramelised for what feels like an eternity until they’re sweet, rich and ridiculously delicious.

Then comes our horseradish & confit garlic aioli — seriously sublime.

We pile it all onto a fresh baguette, top it with melted Swiss cheese, and serve it with a rich au jus so you can dip the sandwich before every single bite. 🤤

This one is seriously special.

So forget the socks. Forget the mug.

Inspired by the legendary Salty Hanks in NYC, we’ve put our own Hummingbird spin on an absolute beast of a sandwich.
