Anyone want to come and join us?

Places still available for this fully decorated tropical theme buttercream cake class.
In this class we will be filling and covering a 4 layer cake, blending buttercream colours, making gumpaste flowers by hand as well as moulding techniques, modelling a simple flamingo using easy shapes and also bamboo and wafer paper leaves. How to attach your decorations and a guide to take home. Box, cake card, cake and all materials and equipment provided, just bring an apron. Your tutors are professional cake decorators (and winners of recent Wauchope Show Comp)who will guide you step by step.
Lunch and refreshments included.
This class is for skilled and beginners as you may wish to concentrate on different aspects. Most of all, come along and have fun with like minded people and take home a beautiful cake and new skills.
