Hi, I am a qualified chef with 18 years experience (7 have been in pastry and cake decorating). The cake decorating side, started out as a hobbie for my own kids and expanded from there. Cake baking and decorating has become a passion for me. I like to design and decorated cakes to suit my clients needs and flavour preferance.
