During the workshop, you’ll learn how to colour and cover your cake in fondant, with a choice of colours so you can create a cake in the shade you love. You’ll then learn the beautiful brushed embroidery technique, using buttercream to create the delicate raised floral design.
✨ Beginner friendly — no previous cake decorating experience required!
✨ All tools, equipment and ingredients are provided
✨ Step-by-step guidance throughout the workshop
✨ Take home your beautifully decorated cake at the end

Featuring adorable little gumnut babies surrounded by flowering gums, wattle, eucalyptus leaves and other native details, this fun hands-on workshop will teach you a variety of cake decorating techniques while you create your own beautiful cake to take home.

What a beautiful weekend of cupcake bouquet workshops! 🌸🧁💕
A huge thank you to everyone who came along — it was such a pleasure having you all.
There were so many gorgeous bouquets created, each with its own little touches and colour combinations. I absolutely loved seeing them all come together, and I think everyone did an amazing job! 🌷🦋
Thank you for spending part of your weekend with me and for making the workshops so enjoyable. I hope you had as much fun creating your cupcake bouquets as I did teaching you! 💕

What an amazing weekend of cake decorating! 💙🍰
A huge thank you to everyone who joined me for last weekend's workshops. We had so much fun creating our gravity-defying M&M cakes and beautiful Under the Sea cakes, and I was so impressed by the creativity and effort everyone put into their cakes.
It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces, from complete beginners to those returning for another class. Every single cake turned out unique and absolutely fantastic!
Thank you all for spending your weekend with me, for the laughs, great company, and enthusiasm. I truly appreciate your support and can't wait to welcome you back to another workshop soon.
