An update from the Collective: Butter says goodbye

After three years, Team Butter have decided to take a break and move on from Lipson St.

The good news? Lipson St Collective isn’t going anywhere. We’ll be open Tuesday to Saturday as usual, with a full range of sourdough breads, focaccias, sandos, coffee, and treats. Business as usual, with more to come.

Butter Canteen’s last weekend of trade is June 19–21 — come and get your final slices of cake, cookies, and pastries while you can.

What happens next? Expect an expanded range across sweet, savoury, and sourdough lines, and potentially even longer trading hours. Watch this space.
