Apparently we make a pretty good cinnamon bun.

Our scrolls have just landed in the Sunday Mail’s Top 5 in Adelaide.

Thank you to everyone who’s brought one to try, bring to a friend or made it part of their weekly bakery run!

Our bakery walls were the perfect canvass for two of Peter Drew iconic Aussie posters. Peter was accompanied by a film crew from ABC’s Compass program who are profiling him for a future episode - “Poster Boy”. Bella Singh and Mrs Khazoom Coory are very welcome additions to Lipson Street Collective. Check them out when you’re next in!
