Sourdoughs available for pre-order include: Country Style, Jalanpeno and Cheddar, Cranberry and Walnut, and Super Seedy.

Lipson Street Collective will stay open until Christmas Eve for your sourdough festive needs!

Customers can stroll in and buy their favourite products as per normal but we will also be taking orders for collection on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 23 and 24. Sourdoughs available for order include Country Style, Jalapeno & Cheddar, Cranberry & Walnut, and Super Seedy. DM or email ([email protected]) your order.

Otherwise we’ll see you on Tuesday January 13, 2026 when we reopen!

We're taking advantage of the public holiday and pushing back our work week by one day, hence we're not open on Tuesday (October 6, 2025).

Khorasan is known as an "ancient" grain. It's an older wheat variety with a mild nutty taste. We toast some of it and mix it back in, which adds to the flavour profile.

Available Tuesday to Friday for the next few weeks.

This is Josh. Our newest team member. Creator of our mid-week cinnamon bun and choc-rye cookie.

He joins us from Uraidla Bakery where he specialised in sourdough and patisserie. He's a qualified baker and chef. He surfs, sleeps in his Hi-Lux, sharpens knives and likes to wear short shorts.
