Our Story

Fawk Foods Kitchen & Bakery is a bakery-come-café located in the Hunter Valley’s picturesque town of Polkolbin.

Open seven days a week from 7am to 3pm, Fawk has a focus on locally sourced products; foraged ingredients, local bacon, free range eggs and Fawk Foods’ own popular black garlic range. There is a takeaway menu including artisan breads, as well as a popular dine in menu with classics like ‘Local Bacon and Eggs’ and more specialised dishes like our ‘Oven Baked Pancake.’

For those wanting to attempt the dishes at home, a brand new range of Fawk Foods artisan products are available to purchase.
