I love an easy Cookidoo dinner on a Friday night when everyone's tired after a big week.
Thanks to Sarah B Wellness -Thermomix Consultant for the inspiration to try the Tuna Bake. It was a big success with clean bowls all round! Miss Violet said to me "Mum, you're such a good cooker!" I laughed, I didn't tell her that it's not actually me, it's all the Thermomix!

The recipe asks you to boil pasta in a pot but I like to use the Thermomix for as many processes as possible so I boiled my pasta in the Thermomix after grating the cheese but before cooking the sauce( no need to wash the bowl in between steps).

To boil pasta in your TM6, you can use kettle mode to bring your water up to boil and then weigh your pasta in and cook for time on the packet ( sometimes I add a minute extra), 100C, reverse, sp1, measuring cup off.

Finished off with Peppermint Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake for dessert. Kids were very happy!

Any body else seem to have a never ending supply of over ripe bananas? 🤣

In my quest to find something different to the usual banana bread, cake, muffins, puddings that I usually cook I stumbled across this recipe. I was a bit skeptical at first but with a 4.7 star rating with over 300 votes I decided to give it a go. It's a must try and has been loved by everyone that I've served it to! Chocolatey with a slight hint of Banana.🍌

Master Cooper baked and decorated these Chocolate cupcakes with Chocolate Fudge Buttercream to take in to school today.

He did such a good job with only minimal assistance from me. I love that the Thermomix makes it so easy for the kids to have the confidence to cook! I added the recipe to my Created collections so he could use guided cooking and follow the recipe on the screen. If you're not sure how to do this with your own recipes, reach out and I can assist you.(TM6 and Cookidoo 3.0 needed).

He used a chocolate cake recipe that I converted for the Thermomix and it worked really well as cupcakes. It's a really quick and easy recipe that's super yummy and stays moist for days.
