I’ve been accepted into the Barrels, Burgers & BBQ Festival at Peel Estate Wines and now my brain is working overtime 😂

I’m seriously considering investing in equipment so I can serve warm desserts at my winter markets.

Current ideas are:

🍎 Warm Apple Crumble
🍪 Scoopable Cookie Dough
🤎 Sticky Date Pudding with butterscotch sauce

A soft buttery brioche bun filled with vanilla custard and cinnamon apples, topped with salted caramel and crumble. Think apple pie meets bakery danish… and honestly, it might be my new obsession.

I’ve been busy working on next month’s flavour and today it was time for the official taste test…
