We pride ourselves on being a renowned Polish family run business, with our head pastry chef and owner John, having over 50 years experience. Widely celebrated all over Poland but more specifically in Head Pastry chef's home-town of Poznan.

All of Poland celebrate St. Martin by eating white poppy seed and almond filled croissants known as Rogale świętomarciński.
