Meet Kevin Chen, our head baker. Kevin has been working with us for more than 5 years now. When he first started with us he knew little about bread but always had a dream to become a professional baker. Since working here Kevin has went on to improve and perfect nearly every loaf of bread that goes out the door from us, to even creating new loaves and recipes here. He has been the main driving force behind winning so many awards and trophies for us at many different events. Even with so many amazing achievements and creations he still has the drive to create more unique and tasty loaves and we look forward to seeing what he next creates. Kevin has been an invaluable member of the team at Bakery37 and we would not be where we are today without him. 🎉🎉🎉

Gold medal 🥇 Winning croissant 🎉🎉🎉🎉

On Wednesday the 27th of July 2022 we entered the Royal Show competition for the second year in a row now. It was great to be back competing to show off our amazing products again.

This year we won many different awards including one gold medal.
Our gold medal winner was our Plain Croissants. 🥇 ⭐️ 🏅

We won 3 silver medals 🥈 which were for our
Brioche Buns,
Rustic Light Sourdough
and the Plain Sausage Rolls.

We also won 6 bronze medals 🥉 for our
White Vienna Loaf
Wholemeal Sourdough,
Seeded Sourdough,
Sourdough Baguette,
Sourdough Fruit Loaf
and our Gourmet Steak Pies.

We would like to thank the continued support from all of our customers of which none of this would be possible without. The Bakers and pastry chefs always put so much hard work and love in to their food which pays off time and time again.
