What a ride it’s been over the last 5 or so years! I’ve been quiet on socials lately while I focused on where I wanted to head with this little buisness of ours.
I landed in the baking space quite accidentally- after baking for friends and family, was encouraged to turn my ‘labour of love’ into a buisness. I had the pleasure of baking for such a diverse gamut of occasions, I loved being a part of creating something special for every single one of them. With a now saturated cake market, I’ve found difficulties in finding a point of difference- I yearn to provide something unique in everything I do!
So with that said, I’ve decided to retire the old kitchen aid and cease baking. It’s not the end of my small buisness endeavours…… a cross road to something new! I’ll be back, where my creativity and what brings me joy can be nurtured!
Thankful to all who supported my family and I over the years…… we loved every bit of our Sugar and Floss journey!
