Dear all - tomorow is the LAST day of trading of your French cafe and bakery La Boussole!!! We will be trading as usual until 12pm. Come drop in say hello and grab some of our delicious bread and pastries for the last time, surely we will also have some amazing deals as all stocks must go!!! If we dont see you have a great and safe festive season one and all and thank you for your kind notes and support over the last 19months!!! **Important annoucement to all our patrons** Dear patrons and friends of La Boussole - please note that will be CLOSED after Sunday 20th December 2015 as our business has been bought out and a new exciting venue will open at 18 welwyn avenue shortly - still in this elegant fitout and decor that have made La Boussole unique. We would like to sincerely thank all of you for your support over the last 18months this has been an amazing journey in this gem location and we know our delicious straight-from-the-oven baguettes, pastries and camembert will be dearly missed!!!!!! But its not too late - come and grab some this week!!! Also dont forget our gourmet christmas hampers will be available until Sunday 20/12 so come and pick one up for your friends and families (or yourself!!). Tuesday and Wednesday roast with oven baked vegetables, and this week also for those with a smaller appetite: quiche special is a crustless Quiche Lorraine with cherry tomatoes and a side garden salad!! Our very own Steph is back!!! Known to many of you Steph had been working at La Boussole since our opening right up to a few months back. And she is now **BACK** with our teams fully committed to serve you awsome coffees and food in our beautifull fitout right in the heart of Manning!! Come and say hello, grab a baguette or one of ours sensational pastries! She is not shy and is eager to reconnect with La Boussole's clientele! Hello everyone - Winter is definitely here and school holidays are just a week away...To prepare those long grey days, we are extremely excited to introduce you to our new range of delicious cakes!!!This time we have 3 sizes - bite size, individual and large! Praline, caramel domes, lemon meringue to name a few as well as nougatine and new macaron flavours. Share a tasting selection onsite with a delightfull coffee or grab one for a special family occasion!! We take orders too.
