What’s a birthday without a little chaos? 😅🎉
We had a coffee line that didn’t quit (until the power did ☕️⚡️), a two-hour blackout and the best crowd we could’ve asked for.

Huge thanks to everyone who came down, waited so patiently for their free coffees while the baristas were full throttle and celebrated with us - and to my team for keeping things rolling through it all.

Before we kick off our 1st birthday celebrations tomorrow, we just want to give a big shoutout to the OGs — Bakehouse on Cranford (aka Mum & Dad!).

I helped manage Cranford for three years before Ash and I opened Somerville, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without them. They shared their brand, their knowledge, and their endless support — plus a lot of babysitting and borrowed stock along the way!

And a huge thank you to Richard for always being there when we’ve needed a hand.

Here’s to family, flour and a whole lot of chaos — just how we like it. 💛
