WE ARE OPENING WEDNESDAY (10th November)!!! 🎉

We are so excited to announce that we will be reopening this Wednesday !!! The family here at Pearcedale Bakery would like to thank everyone for supporting us and being so patient as our staff recover. The shop has been deep cleaned, we are all well and eager to see you :))

Thanks for all the messages so far. Here's some more info.
Khim came into work Tuesday 26th at 4:00am and noticed he was feeling unwell and left the premises at 9:00am, mainly feeling fatigued and tired he decided to shut for a period of time and went to get tested that afternoon. This is when one of the staff wrote a post to inform you all that we were shut for a rest which was true as the results weren't confirmed to be positive yet and the symptoms were mainly just tiredness. Today, we are writing this post to inform you all once we finally did receive that positive result - I hope that makes sense. We suggest all customers that came into the bakery since Sunday 24th onwards to go and get a test for the safety of the community. If there are any further questions we will try our best to assist and update accordingly!

The team at Pearcedale Family Bakery would like to announce that Khim has contracted covid-19 after receiving the test results back this morning. (EXPOSURE DATE: 25th - 26th OCTOBER)

As a result of this, we will be shutting the bakery for 14 days, we will follow the Health Orders strictly and will be organising a deep clean to fully sanitise the premises to ensure we reopen safely.

Our contaminated stuff will be staying at home to recover and rest whilst avidly keeping an eye out on their own health, as well as following the Health Advice guidelines of when to safely reopen and updating the community when we get relevant news. Our entire staff will also be getting tested prior to reopening.

We have been open for such a long period of time and we want to thank every member of the pearecdale community for your unwavering support. We hope you can continue that support whilst we are shut and we will no doubt work toward reopening safely very soon.
