🥖 RUBY RISE HAS LODGED AN ANNUAL LEAVE REQUEST…

Apparently one week in the fridge wasn't enough. 😂

We woke Ruby up this morning ready to start preparing this weekend's sourdough and, well…

Ruby has decided she requires an additional day of annual leave. 🤣🤣

She's alive.
She's bubbling.
She's just… not particularly motivated.

And because we're not going to rush her and give you sad little sourdough loaves, there'll be no Ruby Rise Weekend Picks this week. ❤️

Instead, we're giving Her Majesty a couple of days to get herself properly awake and we're aiming for a Monday sourdough comeback! 🥖🙌

Turns out sourdough starter is basically another staff member.

Needs feeding.
Needs nurturing.
Takes annual leave. 😂
