A special-request Chocolate & Roasted Peanut Tart featuring a crispy sugar-free pâte brisée shell, filled with a silky-smooth roasted peanut ‘mousse’, finished with a chocolate glaze and a generous scattering of roasted peanuts. 🥜🍫
