While I'm in sharing mode, here is a cake from February! I put this together for my sister's 40th with decorations scavenged from other family members for a personal touch. Beautiful dahlias from big sister's garden and then grapes, elderberries, pears, cumquats and crab apples from our parent's garden. Sticking to a burgundy and orange colour scheme brought this passion fruit cream sponge together.

A 50th wedding anniversary. A beautiful achievement, and definitely one to celebrate!
The middle tier of this cake was a delicious looking fruit cake supplied by the client - a family favourite recipe. I added some chocolate mud cake tiers and decorated them simply in cascading yellow flowers.
